I am Ahmad Rajabi, founder and CEO of Fresp Construction Company, whose adventure started in the field of architecture and construction in 2011.
I was working for my MBA. I always thought I could do something unique—something that would genuinely benefit me and generate genuine Fresp started with a definite goal:
To help those from every walk of life to own homes.

Starting with the goal of offering full and professional construction services, Fresp Architectural Company began operations. With a contemporary approach based on current standards, this complicated system works in the areas of contract management, construction, refurbishment, interior design, and decoration. Among Fresp’s primary specialties are the design and execution of several contemporary and distinctive facades including curtain walls, glass facades, composites, and other contemporary systems. We believe at Fresp that architecture is more than merely a building; rather, it is a mix of technology, inventiveness, and artistry that defines the character of a place. For this reason, by depending on a team of competent professionals and experts, we seek to develop initiatives that are robust, practical, and long lasting as well as beautiful.

Starting as a sales representative in the drywall business with Venus Glass Company following MBA graduation in 2013, I became knowledgeable using facade engineering science. And I was able to visit many of the country’s major and most significant developments along the road. Designs created by the country’s top architects and executed by well-respected and major construction companies. Like the Jam Mellat Tower project, finished in 2014, and the architectural art of Catherine Spiridonov and Dr. Reza Daneshmir in Harakat Built by the well-known Jam Mellat company, Sial Consulting Engineers Group was accomplished. Or the Shan Park development, envisioned by Mr. Mohammad Reza Nikbakht and administered by Mr. Sam Irvani and Mr. Reza Kani, or the Atiyeh 2 Many other well-known projects in the nation besides those of Group 4 Consulting Engineers.
I can confidently say that I had the experience of working and seeing the architectural art and design of more than half of the country’s Leading architects as well as construction management training from various well-known construction firms.
In 2016, after some time, I registered my own business called Armen Tarh and Nama and named my brother as its CEO. To become more engaged in major construction projects and to make more money using the ties I created. This company was active in the area of drywall design and installation; three years later, I noticed that Armen Company was not developing. I arrived at my own firm in 1998 after quitting Venus Glass Company much. Though my presence greatly expanded this firm, it never satisfied my expectations.
Fresp began with a simple yet powerful mission:

When I formally registered the firm in 2024, I understood that Fresp had been developing silently like the base of a highrise project: Where the structural pillars are set far below ground long before the structure surfaces above zero level and become apparent to all.
I followed many different paths in the architectural industry these few years. Choosing the incorrect major for my first bachelor’s degree forced me to start again and this time I received a degree in Architecture from the Determined to give my all to this vision at the University of Tehran.
