Arash Building Project – The official starting point of Fresp’s independent activities
The Arash project marks a watershed in Fresp’s history of expansion and advancement. Before this, our business had accumulated significant experience in planning and carrying out a large number of projects for different customers.
However, this is the first project where Fresp has fully managed the entire construction process in addition to land ownership.
This project in Shahriyar began construction in 2024. Our goal for this project was to surpass local standards and deliver a building of outstanding quality and distinctive design from the beginning.

As opposed to all of our past projects that were typically collaboration with clients, in this case Fresp owned the land and managed all aspects of the project from initial design to implementation themselves. This allowed a great opportunity for Fresp to pilot creative concepts and raise their standards.

Addressing the goal of improving construction quality for the Shahriyar region, we focused on material quality. The specifications of high–quality materials, modern implemented systems, and a developed design, have raised this building‘s quality standard, compared to the usual construction in the area, regarding durability, design, and overall quality.

The Arash residential project has successfully reached completion. Every element from structure to detail reflects the harmony of precision and modern design. This project marks another milestone in our journey of creating architectural excellence.
The Arash project is not only a great experience for Fresp about independent and ownership-based construction; it is also a large step forward in progressing new modalities in the construction industry and developing high-quality, distinctive buildings in the region.
