One of Fresp’s most special projects is designing and building Mr. Maljaei’s villa in Manzar-e Darya Town, Chelak, Nowshahr. Started in 2018 and finished in 2020, it’s now known as one of the nicest villas around, worth over 100 Billion Toman. Mr. Maljaei’s vision really helped make the project success, because he cared a lot about quality and details. With a flexible budget and teamwork with our engineers, we used top-notch materials and up-to-date building methods.
