Design, constructing and executing the exterior facade and interior decoration of the Espinas Hotel Café Lounge was certainly one of the most demanding and remarkable projects undertaken by Fresp. The cafe lounge was designed and executed in 2016 and included meticulous engineering calculations and modern construction techniques to achieve a unique, beautiful, and quality end product.

Key Features of the Project
✅Modern and Durable Terrace Space
The terrace included safety and durable glazed parapets that offered an open and pleasant view and complied with regulations. The terrace flooring was completed using a dry installation system, and also ensured speed of execution and long-lasting usability.
✅Tall Curtain Wall Facade and Unique Composite Structure
One of the most remarkable elements of the proposal was the execution of a 9-meter-high curtain wall. Simply put, this wall required detailed structural calculations to ensure its stability and the use of contemporary durable materials. And in front of the curtain wall was installed a specially designed composite structure, which served both as an architectural element and as a symbolic brand carrier of the project.
