Sibouyeh Residential Building \u2013 A Fusion of Modernity, Dynamism, and Precise Engineering Details<\/h2>

The Sibouyeh residential project, owned by Mr. Hariri, the distinguished founder of the Cameon cosmetics brand, stands as one of the most unique projects proudly designed and executed by Fresp. Completed in 2021, the fa\u00e7ade of this building was envisioned with a modern approach and a combination of diverse materials, creating a vibrant and dynamic identity while harmonizing seamlessly with its surrounding environment.<\/p>

Dynamic and Durable Material Selection<\/h2>

The core design philosophy focused on creating a lively and enduring expression. To achieve this, a carefully curated blend of modern and natural materials was selected, ensuring both durability and distinct visual appeal:<\/p>

  • Exposed Concrete<\/strong>: The building’s main outside look comes from exposed concrete. The rough feel of the concrete changes with the weather. Rain makes the surface look different each time, which makes the building seem alive.<\/li><\/ul>

    • Green facade and vertical landscaping<\/strong>: We put in a green outside wall and plants growing up after it was done. Adding plants helps the building link up with the nature around it, giving it life, color, and a good impact on the environment.<\/li>
    • Aluminum Elements with Wood Finish<\/strong>: Many details, including the wooden-look louvers, were crafted from aluminum with a wood texture finish\u2014combining long-lasting durability with reduced maintenance costs, while adding warmth and distinct identity to the fa\u00e7ade.<\/li><\/ul>
      • Modern & Smart Lighting<\/strong>: Five-centimeter grooves were designed into the concrete panels to house integrated concealed lighting systems. This detail provided a striking nighttime identity and highlighted the fa\u00e7ade\u2019s unique geometry.<\/li><\/ul>

        Execution Challenges and Technical Expertise<\/h3>

        The Sibouyeh facade was one of the trickiest jobs Fresp has done. It meant putting different materials together in a dry facade system. Every spot where things met had to be planned out in detail, so it looked good and would last.
